I bought 1mm drills because the spec shows the tip is 0.5mm, the shank is 1mm and the tip is 2mm wide. There is no way to jam them into a 1mm hole. They fitted loosely into a 1/6″ drilled holes, so I expect the shank is actually 1.5mm wide. good product otherwise.
