Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

The EU WEEE Directive is designed to reduce the amount of consumer electrical and electronic equipment that could end up in landfills.

The goal is for WEEE to work in conjunction with the RoHS directive by encouraging and enforcing the recycling of as much electronic equipment as possible. 

Springcontacts.com is not required to comply with any of the requirements of this directive. However, certain Sellers, and customers may be directly affected by WEEE.  We are available to provide assistance with analysis of the materials that may be incorporated into products by working with our Sellers to supply Material Composition data upon request.
